These are NEW INSTRUCTIONS for using SEARCH & FILTER PRO with DIVI theme. This guidance replaces previous methods.

    1. You must be using the LATEST version (3.x.x) of Divi (earlier versions of Divi are coded differently). Please upgrade Divi before using the method described below (make a full site backup first).
    2. You must be using a fixed page (a page made in the WordPress Pages panel) for the form and results. You need to save this page and copy the URL for use in the form.
    3. Install and activate the Search & Filter Pro plugin.
    4. Download, install and activate the Search & Filter Divi Extension plugin, from here:

    5. Make a Search & Filter form (follow our documentation on generally setting this up) and on the Display Results tab set the method to Divi Blog / Portfolio Module setting:

In the Results URL setting field, insert the FULL URL of the page you made for the search. Save the form.

    6. Insert a Search & Filter Form module on to the page and a Blog (or Portfolio – you can use either) module below it:

In the form module select the form to use. In the Blog or Portfolio module settings, set Link with a Search & Filter Form? to Yes and select the form to use:

And on the Design tab, select Fullwidth or Grid, according to your needs:

    7. Save the page.

It should all now work together!
