    Hi Trevor,
    I’m using S+F on a WordPress site using WooCommerce, and using the WooCommerce Shop as the output. The filters are working really well except that they’re not updating when we add new products.

    You’ll see that under the Product Category ‘New’ the filters show 4 items: https://www.cyclestyle.com.au/shop/

    However the category now contains 14 items https://www.cyclestyle.com.au/product-category/new/

    We have also added two new brands which are not showing up under the brands filter.

    I’ve tried rebuilding the filter cache and that doesn’t seem to change things.

    Are you adding the new products using an import plugin (like WP All Import) or by adding them in the WordPress editor?

    You were excluding all products that had these product_tags:

    1374,1375,1373

    In the Tags, Categories and Taxonomies settings tab. 10 of the ‘New’ products had one or more of these tags also attached. I removed these from the form setup and it now shows 14. You may want to put that setting back, but it does explain the difference.

    Oh man! Of course. The exclusions should have been in the specific Taxonomy filter.
    I’m most appreciative of your fast support and apologise for such a silly oversight!
