Hey Trevor, I have a Custom Post Type “product” with a custom taxonomy “product_category”. I need to run Search & Filter to filter by meta query data, but only on certain product_categories. In products I have Flower, Oils, Capsule, Bongs, Grinders. I have a meta_query filter for cannabis strain (indica, sativa, hybrid) but I only need that to show up in the Flower, Oil, Capsule taxonomies (and hide it for Bongs and Grinders).
If I understand, you have one form, and in that form you have a field you want to hide IF the user doesn’t select the Flower, Oil, or Capsule taxonomies?
This would be a problem if they did select one of those, and then changed to a different choice, like Bongs. The field would disappear but still have a value selected.
This type of conditionality is not built in to the plugin, but you might be able to simulate it with custom javascript. You would have to be quite clever with the coding though.
