Hi Trevor.
When sharing URLs on LinkedIn to posts on our site, the og:title is overruled by S&F and regardless of the post we’re sharing, the preview uses the title of one of our S&F Search Forms. When we disable the plugin, the issue ceases to occur. The posts we’re sharing don’t include a Search Form within the post.
Thanks,
Jamie

Anonymous(Private) October 2, 2018 at 1:31 pm #189877Hi Trevor,
We are indeed using Yoast. Here’s the post inspector result: https://www.linkedin.com/post-inspector/inspect/internchina.com%2Fcoop-scholarships.
Cheers,
Jamie
Trevor(Private) October 2, 2018 at 2:55 pm #189906Hi Jamie
I am sorry, my last post was not clear. That was my fault. I cannot see the Linkedin report, as it asks me to log in. That was what I wanted you to take a screenshot of.
This will be very difficult to tie down, as it appears to be a combination of Search & Filter pro, Toolset and Yoast SEO. Any one of these could be the real cause.
Trevor(Private) October 2, 2018 at 3:23 pm #189913I cannot see where it is getting the form title from. On the page itself, in the source HTML, I can clearly see:
<meta property="og:title" content="Co-op Scholarships" />And if I search the page
IC Blog Searchsimply doesn’t appear anywhere on the page. Are you using a tool to upload the URLs to Linkedin? Does the same problem happen with Facebook?
