    We have tryed with shortcode and custom, but only show all the pages but not aplying the filter correctly
    Can you help us?

    Where did you get the theme from? I can see that get_header() and get_footer() are being used, but if I examine the header.php and footer.php files, they are manually call the WordPress files, and so our javascript and css is not being called.

    This means a higher burden of maintenance for you in the future, as these files may need to be edited every time you add/remove/update/change a plugin, possibly every time you make a setting change.
