Hi I have a custom post type “Calendar” When i search category wise or search wise, it works fine. but when i give date range say from 20th may 2015 to 2nd June 2015 no results show up..

I have added the post on 2nd June. So when i select 2nd June in both the date ranges, then the result is being displayed.. Why is this..??

Now i have added other post and changed the date to 25th May 2015.. and when i search with date ranges from 22nd may 2015 to 2nd june 2015, nothing comes up..

If i give 25th may 2015 in both the date fields or 2nd June in both the date fields, then the particular date post comes up..

    Hi Karan

Can you please follow the instructions here under “a quick tutorial”:

    http://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/docs/display-results/with-a-shortcode/

And then provide me with a link? (This is just for testing purposes).

    Thanks

    Hi Karan

I don’t think its your template that is causing issues – it sounds like something is interfering with the query (especially the date).

Have you tried disabling your other plugins to see if there is a conflict?

    Thanks

Yes – this is why I think it is a plugin causing a conflict.

    Hey Ross,

I have managed to do it. I have copied the results.php file to theme folder and customised it with the look and sections i want. Now its working fine. Not sure what was the issue with custom template. Strange.

Anyway thanks for your help and time. Appreciate it!
