    You are using the shortcode method. Did you try using the WooCommerce method (if the page is the WooCommerce shop)?

    It’s not the wc shop page, but an archive of a product category – “tours”.
    Would that also be relevant for the wc method?

    It might work if when you select the WooCommerce method, a new option appears below it to stay in the archive pages, so try that by switching that on.
