    On my phone I have to use the sliders. I cannot type in the boxes as the keyboard does not appear. Is that what you see? The up/down arrows are a bit small to be able to click easily.

    the slider is OK.
    but if I type in the boxs fields I get the keyboard but what I type is not been save to the box.
    I dont see arrows…

    Hi again

    So I’ve managed to have a further look.

    I did originally test this on our demo site, and experienced the same issue so naturally assumed we had a bug. However, the S&F plugin on that site was not current, and updating it fixed the issue.

    Can you test and confirm our demo site is not giving your the same error with the range slider?

    This would then lead me to believe that something else in your environment is causing the issue, or perhaps there is a conflict with your theme.

    I would do the following to figure out where the issue is (on a development site of course):

    1) Disable ALL plugins other than S&F and the one (if any) used to add the meta data for the range slider, then test on your iPhone again
    2) Change you theme to a default WP one, and test again

    Once we know which is the cause, we can dive in further.
