    Hi Team!
First I would like to thank you for the awesome job that you have done until now.
This plugins really does his job, and it’s very powerful for creating a site where you can actually sort things the way you want.
Second, the problem that I encounter is as follow:
I am working for a customer for a website, and following his requests, he wants to add a checkbox at the beginning of each element in the dropdown, and have the users click on the check-boxes to add or remove from the search. I tried on my own to handle this, however, I couldn’t modify the JavaScript file to set up this.
Can you please let me know if you can assist me over this or not?
    Much appreciated!

    Hi Florin

Thanks for contacting us. I have seen third party sites where their developer has done this using their own javascript in conjunction with our plugin, but I have no code snippets that I could share with you. They may have been using an existing third party jQuery library/code snippet. I think it is a feature we may plan to add in v3, but I cannot give you any indication of the timing of that (not soon). Such custom coding is not a service that we offer, sorry.

Whilst it is not so pretty, is this jsfiddle (not mine BTW) similar to what you want? In our Settings page, you can set the Combobox to Select2, and then in the field setting in the form design change or set it to Combobox.

We are on the right track! Thank you Trevor!
The only thing which remains is to have this in the dropdown as well.
The site that I found to have what my boss is trying to achieve is written in Visual Basic from what I could check.
This is how he wants to have it.
What I require is to keep the dropdown true, and not to close immediately after I select an item, but to keep that open until I finish the selection of items that the user may want.
Regarding the CSS, I can sort that out at the end by my own.
Let me know if you have any brilliant idea like this one.

Sorry for not having the image attached above, apparently I didn’t put the right URL.

I am sorry, but you have exhausted what I know on this subject. You would need to take the advice of a third party coder.

    Hi Trevor!
Understood. I will post the code here for future reference when I will finish it.
    Wish you a great weekend!

    Hi Trevor!
Short update: I found some code for select2, in order to add them. I am currently trying to implement it, and hope I can sort this out over the weekend, but since it’s a 5000 lines code already, I may fail xD.
For those who wants to know, please follow this : https://jsfiddle.net/Lkkm2L48/7/
Trevor, if you find this inapropriate, feel free to make this reply private or delete it.
Hope that 3.0 can have this added as well, and that will bring a step forward for the plugin.
    Have a great weekend!
