I have a pro license but seems like automatic updates are not happening.
I recently upgraded to WP 4.2, when the check boxes in the search form disappeared. I was looking in the forums for the solution when I realized my plugin version is still 1.2.7 where as your current plugin version is 1.4.3
It seems like automatic updates are not happening even though my license key page shows active.
I have d/l the latest version of the plugin. I would like to confirm if there are any special steps to upgrade or I upgrade the plugin by simply copying the new files over the old ones?
Kindly advise.
Anonymous(Private) May 7, 2015 at 12:27 pm #16915No that is not correct.
http://demo.wpdevlabs.com/aquateck was the development server. The site since has been moved to its own location – http://www.aquateck.com.
Kindly let me know how to fix this without losing data.
Meanwhile I will check the docs on how to manually upgrade.
Thank you so much for a prompt response.
Anonymous(Private) May 7, 2015 at 12:32 pm #16916Ok, I checked the link and I guess the issue is the website was moved to production environment and removed from the demo server. In this process the license was never deactivated on old and activated on new instance.
Kindly advise on how to resolve this?
Ross Moderator(Private) May 7, 2015 at 12:42 pm #16917Head to “your account” -> “view licenses” -> “manage sites” 🙂
Thanks
Ross Moderator(Private) May 7, 2015 at 12:51 pm #16919I would advise you deactivate then activate on your live site (again).
Then head to the wordpress plugins page and you should see the update there like any other plugin. If you do not see one, wait a few moments and refresh.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks
