    Hi Ross

I’m failed again. Would you please do a favor for me. My client is not happy for late. Only this part is remaining. I tried to use combobox but page is always loading. Would you please remove all fields and just create one field with ajax category load ?

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Thanks

    Hi Ainal

As part of purchasing S&F we do not offer to setup the plugin for our users on their websites, rather we use these forums to help guide them.

Unfortunately I do not have knowledge of every theme out there – so it is upto the user to have some knowledge of their theme and to do this installation.

I’m having a look on your site now, and I can’t even see the search form? Which page is the search form on?

    Thanks

    Hi

I really don’t worry about search form. Just forget search form. I just seen ajax category filter option. You you don’t need to create Products category filter if you don’t like but at least give full tutorial or documentation to create ajax Products category filter just like your demo site. I purchased this plugin only to use this ajax products category. If this not possible to using this plugin then would you please let me know why I should buy this?

    Please do something

    Thanks

Ainal, I’m having trouble understanding what you are asking me to explain?

I’ve already tried helping you with instructions, but I don’t see you have done any of it?

I have already sent you 2 links, of two different ways of setting up the search form:

    http://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/docs/display-results/with-a-shortcode/

    http://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/docs/display-results/as-an-archive/

Please can you follow one of these links, and once complete send me a link to the page with the search form? I need this to give you further advice…

    Thanks

    Hi Ross

Please take a look at my site home page here http://bashundarabazar.com/supershop

You will see I have added Search and Filter according to your given link but ajax search or category filter is not working. The page is loading when I’m trying to find using search or category.

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Thanks

Ok let me know the following:

    1) so to me it looks like the search works – ie when I choose “fresh fruits” the page reloads, and goes to this URL: http://bashundarabazar.com/supershop/?sfid=153&_sft_product_cat=fresh-fruits – which shows the correct results – is that what you are getting?

    2) The problem I see (which I hope you mean), is that, once a user chooses a category, the search is correct, BUT, the category field doesn’t remember the last selection?

I’m just trying to be really clear on the problem so there is no more confusion!!

    Thanks

    Hi

Thanks again for your response. I really don’t think you understand what I mean by Ajax Search or Category filter.

I WANT AJAX SEARCH AND CATEGORY FILTER.

Go to your demo link here: http://demo.designsandcode.com/sfpro-woo-mystile/

You will see when someone typing anything in search box then the products section is loading but in my website when I’m trying to search or filter any category full page is refreshing. It’s not ajax search or Filter. It’s working just like WordPress default search and Category filter.

Still if you have confusion about my problem then let me know I will create a video for you.

    Thanks
    Ainal

    RIIIGHHHTTT I get it haha…

OK, so the search is working fine, but you couldn’t get ajax to work.,.. I was thinking there is a problem with the field itself or the search…

    So I fixed the problem…

If you head to the “display results” tab, you will see the option “results container” – this must be the CSS selector where your results are contained…

Anyway I updated this for you and looks ok.

    Thanks
