Hi there, I have been working on trying to get Search & Filter Pro to work on the Pantheon framework. I’ve worked with their support staff the past two days and wanted to let you know of the challenges and progress we’ve made, and at this point, perhaps you can steer this forward.

This works beautifully on my local environment, the issue is getting it to work within the Pantheon framework. I am happy to provide whatever necessary keys or logins, etc. to get this resolved.

The page in question is here:

Initially, we encountered the “caching tables not installed” issue, which I found workarounds on the support forum. Here is a record of the errors encountered in the logs from the Pantheon-side of things: https://gist.github.com/sarahg/30740b4e60aad571d4f9dd8f7f882e84

I was able to, with a bit of a hacky workaround, get the empty tables installed manually by following the notes here via phpMyAdmin: https://support.searchandfilter.com/forums/topic/problem-getting-results/#post-30627

However, I am now encountering an issue where submitting any settings on the form does not work regardless of whether I’ve turned AJAX ON or OFF. There are also no bugs or errors reported in the error console regarding this.

    Please Help!!!

    Alec

I disabled the Lazy Load and it seems to be operational now. Albeit still a little strange. I think it would be worth investigating the table creation issues as Pantheon is a growing framework and it would be a shame that such a useful tool has so much trouble integrating into it.

The table creation issue is related to your server configuration, and not the theme. As of yet, we have not managed to discover why it happens. Do you require assistance with integration with the Pantheon framework?
