Hey there,
I tried to build a form with checkboxes to filter categories. When I select the first category it will function like I expected. But when I select the second one nothing happen automatically. The ‘auto submit’ setting is enabled. The search operator is set to ‘AND’.
Only if I refresh the page the second filter seems to work.
What can I do to refresh the results every time a filter is add?

I think I see the potential issue. You can use a particular Taxonomy (or Category/Tags, each Taxonomy and each Custom Field) only once in the form. You would need to make additional custom taxonomies. This post tries to explain this a bit better (you can use a plugin to switch category terms from category to any new taxonomy that you make, so it is not so hard to do). It is a really awful preachy lecture I wrote:
