I’m experiencing the same issue as a few others in the support board. Sorting preferences based upon an ACF label do not seem to work. Despite all my efforts, and various setting combinations, it appears ID takes precedence over all labels/values. Is this a known bug or am I doing something incorrectly?
In this example, I am displaying projects hosting across the US, held in different cities across different years – occasionally the same city has multiple events. My current default settings are as follows:
1. Default – Meta Value – Ascending – Place (meta field) – Alphabetical
2. Secondary – Meta Value – Ascending – year (meta field) – Alphabetical
The results reveal the correct alphabetical results, but the years are in the opposite order (older before recent). I’ve tried every combination I can to no avail.
