    I switched on auto count and as far as I can see, the form is working. Is there a different problem?

    Yes, the problem persists. You must select english language to see the problem.

    in this page: http://iob-onco.com/iob-instituto-de-oncologia/iob/medicos-iob/?lang=en
    in dropdown “Oncological unit” the values must be in english, and are showing in spanish.
    I adition if you slect any value in “oncological unit” or “Medical Center” dropdown it does not filter.

    I’ve solved the problem about selection not filtering. But I still have a problem with dropdown values translation.

    If you have two languages in use, there should be two forms, one for each language. Is this the case?

    You should have two pages, one using each of them. They will have different URLs/names.
