    Ya I have re – downloaded it several times. But i couldn’t find the zip file in the “search-filter-pro file”

    There isn’t an additional zip file inside, the zip file you download from here what you should use as the plugin – if you are uploading via the Dashboard, upload this zip as it is.

    after i select the search-filter-pro folder, i am supposed to select a file to upload, these are all the files and folders inside. May I know which one should i choose?

    admin
    includes
    index.php
    languages
    public
    README.txt
    search-filter-pro.php
    templates
    uninstall.php

    Hey again,

    Do not unzip the file, just upload the whole file.

    Are you familiar with installing plugins? How are you trying to install this one?

    i did not unzip any files. When I downloaded them from the email, it was already so. Anyway, i compressed them and it’s alright now.Thanks

    Ok no problem, something must have happened, because the download from the email is a complete zip file, which you should be able to use right away.
