Forums Forums Search & Filter Pro No Results Found even after caching and issue with Attributes

Hi, I’ve purchased and installed Search & Filter and added a search form to http://michaelscottlees.com/gallery/image-search/

But, despite the plugin saying “Cache up to date, all systems go.” no search results are produced. There are a few hundred products in the Woocommerce > Products area.

Also, the plugin doesn’t seem to pick up the Attributes that I’ve used in products. There are some random and unrelated Attributes in the search form options, but none of the actual Attributes used in the Woocommerce products.

I’ve searched through all of the support forum topics, but nothing answers the above questions/issues.

Any help would be appreciated, as I expected this plugin to work once configued.
    Thanks.

I have logged in and can see this on the edit form page:

I have set the cache to rebuild, but it may take some time, so please wait until I post again to say it is done?

    Hi

After repeated attempts to rebuild the cache, it seems to fail at around 48% done each time.

That suggests maybe something is not optimal with the server setup. Who do you host with? Do you see any errors in the server error logs that might explain what the issue is (you may need to talk with your host about this)?

Maybe see what errors appear if you enable WP_DEBUG in wp-config.php?

As a separate observation to the cache failing to rebuild (which will mean either no results or very few), looking in the form design, on the Tags, Categories and Taxonomies settings tab, I see many INCLUDES rows. Each row acts as an AND to the query to restrict the results found. A post will only show if ALL these conditions are met (it has to have at least one of the included terms in EVERY row that you enter terms to as includes).

When you can get the cache to rebuild successfully, if the results are still wrong, return to the form design, go to the Tags, Categories and Taxonomies settings tab, make a note of the values in each includes row, and remove them to see what happens.

Hi. Enabling debug with with – define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); – didn’t help this. I can’t see why the cache won’t build with the beta version, especially since it worked on the same server with the previous plugin version. What’s the next step in making this work?
