Search Not Working - Search & Filter Support

Hi,

I had install S&F plugin and used it as a widget in sidebar,
but when selecting an option to filter, it fail to search. (please refer to the printscreen)
1.

And if I key in a keyword to search, it will shown:

2. And I click the magnifier icon, the result will shown in post format.

I had tried set the template as search.php / archive-product.php / taxonomy-product_cat.php but it still not work.
Theme used: Une boutique
Can you please guide me how to fix it?

Hi there

Are you displaying your results as archive?

If so there are a few things you can try

First check the docs on how to setup properly:

Here is a common issue with theme compatibility:
http://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/faqs/#h-bad-template

You must try to see if your theme is creating custom queries and overwriting the global WP_Query – and if possible remove it.

If you are comfortable editing html & CSS then displaying your results using a shortcode might be a better way to get setup:

This is a separate page we need to build just for testing – the link you provided was to your shop and not this test page.
