Forums › Forums › Search & Filter Pro › Woocommerce Product Category taxonomy disappears when clicking Pagination
Hello,
I’m facing an issue with a woocommerce site with 12,000 products where if I select a Product Category, when clicking over to the next page (using pagination at the bottom) its losing the selected category completely, as it’s not putting the “_sft_product_cat=” in the url.
I can find a situation when it does work, and will explain….
There are 4 filtering options.
1. Search (blank)
2. Filter Store (radio button with ‘All Stores’ (none select), ‘Store A’ and ‘Store B’
3. Product Category
4. Metafilter (dropdown which filters No and yes on featured_ meta)
The situation where it DOES work is if I first select a specific store. After that, when selecting a product category it will add the _sft_product_cat= to the url, as well as the filtered store, and works normally.
So I suspect the ‘All Stores’ selection is breaking it.
I can give you the URL and user/pass if needed, but for security must be private.
Thanks!
Hello,
Thanks for your response. I ended up in uninstalling, reinstalling, then recreating the search and it works perfectly now which is great to see. Something must just have gone amiss, potentially something we’ve done during development as it’s gone thru a lot of changes.
Thanks again for your prompt response, much appreciated. You can consider this resolved.
