    Is there any tutorial or a plugin that works best for a simple star rating system?

    Hmm, for the demo I used Advanced Custom Fields to add a numeric field to my custom post types – I’m sure there are plenty of others, you just need to use a plugin to add a number value to a post type.

    Then in the demo I had some custom code which converts number into stars instead.
