    The only way that you can do this is to add some custom javascript to the page that checks if either has been selected, and if not, it then selects the one you want.

    You would need to either employ a third party coder to do this, or use a snippet/answer resource site like Stackexchange to find ideas.

    I think you missunderstood me. We have it already working as we want and want to replicate it on the live site. As you can see if you go to the sites I linked to.

    On the staging site when I submit the Search and Filter form then it extends the url and pre populates the Search and Filter form on the destination site. How do we do that?

    I can assure you that we have not hired a developer for this.
