    Do you mean that the taxonomy header is there, but no terms inside?

    No, taxonomy still show but there are no products belong to that taxonomy.
    For example: only CPU category has taxonomy speed, thread. But these taxonomy still show when I choose laptop category.

    You must add the product category field to the form. You can use CSS to hide it, but it must be in the form.

    You added Post Category. It should be Product category (it is a taxonomy). I have changed it for you.

    But now it shows no CPU checkboxes?
