    I have a search for with two category (checboxes) filters and a search field. I’ve assigned a custom template for the search results.

    If I filter just based on the category checkboxes, then I seem to get the category.php listing page.

    If I use the search input, it seems to be using the system search.php template for the results.

    If I use both the checkboxes and the search field, the system seems to use the search.php.

    How do I control the results to always use the custom template?

    By any chance do you still have the free plugin enabled? This sounds like the behaviour of the free plugin…
