    On the General Tab, you must have the two Auto Count option checkboxes ON.

    And in the form fields, you must have ‘Hide Empty’ ON.

    I have tried everything. It works fine if Ajax is off, so somehow there is a javascript error, but I do not see any.

    I will ask the developer, Ross, if he has any ideas.
