Tagged: cache
Hello guys,
I just wondering is there any way to speed up the rebuild cache process?
I got 20k products right now and i can have more so i need to resolve that problem.
Also i got sometimes problem with a filtering. Problem is i got 2 products for example that are blue and after caching my search dont show them (shows others).
Thank You for ur support! 🙂
The cache speed is dependent on a number of factors.
The number of posts is an issue, but you cannot change that.
The number of fields and taxonomies also has a big impact. Anything you can do to reduce these might help.
There is a setting in the main plugins settings to use transients for big sites (like yours).
Your server (and its settings) also has an impact. For example, I had an expensive very fast, powerful dedicated server and I could not believe how much fast caching was on a Cloudways cloud server (which cost only a fraction of what the dedicated server was).
The other factor is our code. We made some changes to the code recently to help with larger sites, but our next major release (V3) has more changes.
