    On the Display Results settings tab, is the results URL entered in the field for this?

    yes. in this case it is set to
    https://stage.larryjordan.com/store/

    I am rebuilding the cache at the moment. It will take some time. The cache engine has changed since the version you had.

    Done.

    The folder was still there, removed folder search-filter-pro and uploaded the package you suggested. Activated plugin.

    same issue persists.

    I am noticed a weird 500 internal error when search/filter is requested in the shop page, you can see it in the bowser console. Weirdness is, that same url when called from another browser window returns results of the filter i wanted.
